The blockchain-based digital platform will debut late this year to trade unlisted stocks.
KOSCOM, KEB-Hana Bank and the other four Korean companies Monday signed the agreement to launch the digital platform for the unlisted stocks.
The platform would record names of shareholders and trading of unlisted stocks quickly and safely. The platform would be of great help to small and medium-sized companies, including venture startups. Active trading of unlisted stocks would help startups raise capital easily and timely.
All information on unlisted stocks will be available on the platform.
