Kim Sung-a, CEO of the Hanbitco exchange, has become the chairman of the committee of the cryptocurrency exchanges of the Korea Blockchain Association.
In an acceptance speech, she said she would devote herself to securing the legal status of the cryptocurrency exchanges and increasing the cryptocurrency market in Korea.
She had served as Hanbitco’s project manager before becoming the exchange’s CEO. She has played a bridge role in linking global blockchain exchanges to the United Nations.
The Korea Blockchain Association has six committees on strategy and planning, self-regulation, global cooperation, consumer protection, tax affairs, and general affairs.
