Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb ranked the first in the 2019 call center quality index conducted by Korea Standard Association.
Bithumb ranked the first in reliability, accessibility, and activeness. The survey checked customer satisfaction responses and monitoring through telephone in 38 items in seven categories.
Bithumb also got recognition from the Korea Management Association Consulting last June as one of the best call centers this year. Korea Financial Consumer Agency had also named Bithumb last year as the best call center among all Korean cryptocurrency exchanges.
Bithumb provides a 24-hour service for 365 days for the first time among the exchanges. One-on-one consulting and online consulting are possible both in Korean and English. Callers can confirm how long they have to wait to get the service. Consumers can have their identity checked even without meeting Bithumb staff.
