Nae:Il uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology to provide applicants with accurate job information and opportunities. Companies can receive personalized talent recommendations in real time. Blockchain-based applicant history certificate is managed to ensure reliability. Through this, the recruiting company can know the exact details of the applicant.
Job seekers can check their results and feedback on Nae:Il. In the case of new recruits, you can enter employment capabilities to see results, feedback, and recommendations. Career positions can be recommended through the opportunity coefficient to develop the skills most needed for you. In addition, job seekers can check the top 6 recommended jobs (TOP 6) through AI-based matching algorithms. Nae:Il also supports mentoring services from the professionals.
