South Korea’s largest online second-hand product market, Joonggo Nara, will introduce a blockchain-based platform to ensure safe and transparent trading, according to the company.
It Monday signed a contract with a blockchain platform provider to replace its platform with a blockchain-based one.
It also signed contracts with two consulting companies to make its trading transparent, fair and safe. The company hinted that its platform might open in different countries.
About 200,000 second-hand products are posted daily on the site. It is the largest people-to- people commerce site in South Korea. However, many complaints and disputes have been recurring among traders on the site.
