The ministry said it would use blockchain platforms to activate e-commerce and export clearance. It expects to cut cost and time in digital commerce and export clearance.
It would introduce an intelligent Chatbot to provide information on government services all year round.
It also plans to provide services tailored for the seniors who are unfamiliar with the digital and artificial services.
The Internet of Things would be available to protect victims of the crimes.
